Victory above “Al Qaeda”
USA army on behalf of Joseph Fil has declared a victory above "Al Qaeda” in Baghdad. Fil also has declared that the quantity of acts of terrorism in Baghdad was reduced in 80 percent in comparison with June, 2007 when the wave of terrorist activity in Baghdad has reached the peak. "Iraqis decided, that it is enough violence for them", - the general has added. However, the majority of analysts regard Fil’s statement as "too optimistical". Two years ago Americans have declared, that they could take completely under their control and provide safety on road from Baghdad to the international airport. Later some weeks, a series of large acts of terrorism have been accomplished on the road.
